PMU Drawdown Pad - Skin Tone Gradient
Showcase pigments and skin tones together! When it’s time to get a little experimental with pigments, the pad is an asset for PMU artists who want a topical visual aid for color swatches.
How Drawdown Pads Work:
The drawdown pad gives artists a detailed look at the three stages of the pigment process.
-
The Masstone: This is what the pigment looks like in the bottle. Usually much darker and more opaque.
-
The Midtone: This is the healed result, usually visible directly above the black pad bar.
-
The Basetone: This is the color temperature. Cool, warm? You’ll easily see how it looks here, plus the harder-to-see base tones that make up the foundation of a pigment.
