At the helm of our educational endeavors is Celine, our lead instructor, who is an esteemed member and an officially designated trainer of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. With an impressive tenure exceeding a quarter of a century in the permanent makeup arena, Celine's expertise is unparalleled. In addition to her role as an educator, she is a practicing licensed permanent makeup artist in New Mexico and oversees the successful operation of three beauty salons alongside her dedicated team.
