Meet Your Instructor - Celine

My name is Celine, and I’m thrilled to guide you on your journey into permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing. My career in tattooing began nearly 30 years ago, where I trained in a paramedical setting in Europe, assisting doctors with scar and burn treatments—a formative experience that fostered my passion for restorative tattoo artistry. Over the last 20 years, I've dedicated myself to teaching, backed by a Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University. My background equips me with both practical expertise in tattooing techniques and a deep understanding of effective, immersive learning.

I’m also a proud trainer member of the Society of Permanent Makeup Professionals, and my role at AZ PMU Academy, an Official State School, allows me to provide certifications accepted by state boards nationwide. This affiliation is essential; only training completed at a recognized state school or with an official trainer meets state board requirements for licensure.
