Your Training at a Glance

Course format: Home study completed before class, followed by three days of in-person academy training.

Class hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Peoria, Arizona

Hands-on experience: Instructor demonstrations and supervised practice with live models.

Continued practice: Our open-door policy allows you to bring your own models for additional supervised practice at no extra charge, subject to scheduling.

A Comprehensive Approach to Skin Revision

Learn how to assess client concerns and understand the differences between pigment-based camouflage and inkless techniques.

Pigment-based camouflage uses carefully selected tattoo pigments to help reduce the visible color contrast between suitable, healed scars or stretch marks and the surrounding skin.

Inkless revision uses skin needling without tattoo pigment, with an emphasis on skin response, texture concerns, and appropriate product selection.

You’ll explore the applications, limitations, and aftercare considerations of each approach, including when a client may need medical evaluation before treatment.

What You’ll Learn

Module 1: Skin Science & Client Assessment

Build a foundation in skin anatomy, scar tissue, and the healing process before moving into practical techniques.

Explore inkless techniques designed to address the appearance of suitable scars and stretch marks without implanting tattoo pigment.

• Inkless Stretch Mark Revision (ISR) fundamentals

• Differences between inkless revision and pigment camouflage

• Treatment planning for different skin and tissue conditions

Celine brings more than 26 years of industry experience and a Master of Education from Arizona State University to her teaching.

Her background includes training in a paramedical setting in Europe, where she assisted doctors working with scar and burn concerns. That experience helped shape her commitment to restorative tattoo artistry and thoughtful client care.

As a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) and trainer member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), Celine combines practical experience with structured instruction, demonstrations, and personalized feedback.

My career in tattooing began nearly 30 years ago in a paramedical setting in Europe, where I trained alongside doctors assisting with scar and burn treatments. That experience shaped my passion for restorative tattoo artistry and the meaningful difference it can make in someone’s life.

For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to teaching. With a Master of Education from Arizona State University, I combine practical industry experience with a structured, supportive approach to learning. My goal is to help you understand both the technique and the reasoning behind every step.

I’m a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) and a trainer member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). At Arizona Permanent Makeup Academy, I emphasize hands-on practice, thoughtful client care, and professional standards to help students develop their skills and confidence.
