This training is led by Celine, CPCP, an official trainer recognized by the State of Arizona and a trainer member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

With masters degree on education from ASU and with decades of experience in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing, Celine is a full-time practicing artist who works with real clients on a daily basis. Her instruction is rooted in current, real-world studio experience, not outdated theory or limited classroom-only teaching.
